CANCELLATION POLICY!!!
++ All clients must give at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment in order to avoid a fee.
++ 50% of the service cost will be charged if the client notifies less then 24 hours of the appointment.
++ 100% of the service cost will be charged if the client notifies the day of the appointment. Due to our stylists having other appointments, when a client is more then 15 minutes late, 100% of their cost will be charged + will be asked to reschedule.
++ If a client no shows an appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged + will not be able to reschedule with any stylist until balance is paid.
